First Class Infant Learning Center is founded by Miss Lucy Thomas who has a huge passion for early childhood education. Miss Lucy is a Stanislaus State Alumni who has a plethora of experiences with infant development and care, along with early child development knowledge. Miss Lucy has a child development background with 10 years of experience, as well as experience as an assistant director.
